Bottega del Vicolo is a little shop through the arch, off the main road, in a quiet Roman alley. We keep a short list of clothes chosen from small, independent makers, starting with Spada, a menswear house based in Rome: merino and cashmere knitwear, cotton chinos, leather belts and caps. Fewer pieces, chosen to be worn for years, and we write down exactly what each one is made of.
